GENERAL POLICY

Your appointments are very important and reserved especially for you.

When booking, you will be required to add a credit or debit card on file along with a deposit for certain appointments. Please confirm your appointment as soon as possible to secure your slot.

Please note we are by appointment only and you will be given a 24-hr grace period to place your deposit and secure your service before your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Non-refundable Deposit -
A non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve your appointment time upon scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure, and the remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.
Rescheduling Policy -
Please reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, otherwise any deposit you put down will be nonrefundable. If there was no deposit paid, you will be charged a $35 late reschedule fee. Fee may vary depending on appointment.
Cancellation Policy -
Please cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, otherwise any deposit you put down will be nonrefundable. If there was no deposit, you will be charged a $35 late cancellation fee. Fee may vary depending on appointment and may be up to 50% of the service price depending on the service.
No-show Policy -
If you no-show to your appointment you will be charged $35 fee or up to 50% of the service price depending on the service.
These fees must be paid in full in order to book future appointments.
Deposits are nonrefundable.
Guest Policy: Please no guests, children, or pets. We want the best for you and your lashes & brows and prefer no distractions during your treatment. If you do have any guests accompanying you, we ask that they wait in the waiting area.
